Mid-Market Account Executive (Nordics)


Location: Remote, Netherlands

Salary: Up to €165K OTE Equity

The Role


As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, driving new business in the Nordics, and closing high-value mid-market deals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, requiring strong pipeline generation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and drive new business sales, selling into mid-market companies across the Nordics.
  • Self-source pipeline, ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales funnel.
  • Follow a structured MEDDIC sales framework, managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Engage directly with HR and business leaders, demonstrating the platform’s value and ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales development, marketing, and solutions engineering to optimise sales execution.


What Does Success Look Like? You hit and exceed sales targets, securing new logos and driving revenue growth while establishing yourself as a trusted partner to mid-market companies across the Nordics.


Who We’re Looking For:


  • Fluent in a Nordic language and English (business-level proficiency required).
  • 3 years of closing experience in mid-market SaaS or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong outbound pipeline generation skills, with a preference for those with Business Development Representative (BDR) experience.
  • Hands-on, motivated self-starter, able to thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, selling to HR or business leaders is a plus but not required.
