Are you ready for a new challenge as a Site Manager / Foreman within a leading international construction company? With an office in Bergen op Zoom, this role offers you the opportunity to work on impressive freezing and cooling warehouse projects across the Netherlands, England, Ireland, Germany, and more. You will be responsible for:

• The execution of assigned projects within the agreed framework of budget, schedule, and quality.
• Guiding and supervising subcontractors during the execution on site.
• Supporting the Project Manager and Work Planner.
• Ensuring the satisfaction of both external and internal clients.

Functie-eisen

Our partner is looking for an experienced professional who is ready to fully commit to our challenging construction projects. You meet the following requirements:

• A relevant technical qualification at least at MBO level.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in the construction sector.
• Experience with international projects is a plus.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
