Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Senior Creative Project Manager to oversee and optimize our creative processes. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is based in Vilnius.
Remote - Based in Europe (GMT 3)
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Oversee project timelines and workflows
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment on objectives
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
- Facilitate team meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution across creative teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Implement best practices for creative workflows
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Ensure quality control of creative deliverables
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in creative operations or project management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in high-velocity agency environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools.
Salary:
- €3300-€5500 per month based on experience (before taxes)
