The role: Marketing Manager DACH
As the new Marketing Manager DACH you are ready to make an impact in key markets. In this role, you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference! This is a 50/50 strategy and execution role, where you'll have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation, refine messaging, and build a scalable marketing strategy in a high-potential market.
You will take ownership of marketing performance in the DACH region, focusing on generating high-quality leads. Working closely with the sales team, you will develop strategic marketing plans that drive business growth. Through targeted campaigns and a multi-channel approach, you will enhance brand awareness and ensure widespread adoption of our solutions.
In addition, you will create compelling content and PR initiatives tailored to the market's needs. By keeping a close eye on trends and analyzing data, you will continuously optimize strategies and seize new opportunities.
In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind digital strategies that make a difference. You'll plan, launch, and manage campaigns across social media and display channels, working closely with copywriters, designers, and developers to bring your ideas to life. Collaboration will be key, as you'll partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Strategy & Ops, CRM, and Sales to ensure every campaign hits the mark.
Your analytical skills will come into play as you optimize user experiences by tailoring landing pages for maximum impact. You'll experiment with new digital channels, assessing their potential and making data-driven decisions to keep our strategies fresh and effective. Local expertise will also be your secret weapon, as you leverage regional insights to uncover communication opportunities and maintain consistency across markets.
And of course, you'll be measuring success every step of the way. Tracking metrics, analyzing performance, and collaborating with advertising platform partners like LinkedIn and Meta will ensure your campaigns not only meet but exceed expectations. Whether it's refining an approach or sharing actionable insights, you'll be the driving force behind campaigns that deliver real results.
