What We Ask

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field
• You are seasoned in Utilities engineering with in-depth knowledge in the following fields: Industrial refrigeration / Steam generation / E-boilers / Heat pumps / Compressed air systems / HVAC
• Strong project management exposure gained from CapEx projects in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or consulting firm.
• Operational experience of Utilities department is a pre
• Safety top of mind, seamless cross-functional collaboration and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and cultures
• You are customer focused and able to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results
• You proactively own your work and consistently seek opportunities for improvement

Vacancy Description

• Develop, own, and act as global ambassador of technical specifications for Utilities across CapEx projects globally
• Provide technical leadership for Utilities engineering on large-scale CapEx projects, overseeing all deliverables from inception to completion and contributing to informed investment decisions
• Serve as subject matter expert for Utilities scope in the technical design guidance (TDG) and technical design review (TDR) of CapEx projects
• Develop and leverage a robust internal and external network (including key suppliers) to deliver fit-for-purpose engineering designs that meet business objectives. Champion knowledge sharing and best practices for equipment to optimize total cost of ownership. Lead the effort to standardize Utilities design with key suppliers, enabling rapid and effective implementation
