Junior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team within the Supply Chain Global Digital Capabilities and Data Analytics department. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the data and business analyst team, supporting our global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the globe to ensure accurate data submissions, troubleshoot data load issues, and support monthly KPI reporting. Your day-to-day will involve using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to streamline processes and deliver insightful reports through Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Support

• Act as the go-to person for ensuring smooth and accurate data transfer into S&OP reports and presentations.
• Support local Operating Companies with the data they need to run their S&OP cycles.
• Maintain clear communication with global stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

KPI Data Management & Reporting

• Manage data pipelines via SharePoint Lists for accurate and seamless integration.
• Assist stakeholders in submitting monthly KPIs using Power Apps.
• Create dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools like Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights.

Process Automation & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with the team to automate workflows and improve reporting processes using tools like Power Automate.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in handling and analyzing large datasets in Excel.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Interest in using tools from the Power Platform suite (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Fluent in English and based in The Netherlands.
