Desktop Application Lead (C#/.NET)

Role Overview:

As part of the development team, you will contribute to the creation and enhancement of a web-based platform designed to streamline workflows and data processing. Your work will span both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless functionality, high performance, and a user-friendly experience. Using modern frameworks and best practices, you will help shape a scalable and efficient solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and enhance web applications across front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop intuitive and efficient user interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Ensure seamless data management and integration with databases and APIs.
• Improve application performance, security, and scalability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with project goals.
• Maintain high development standards through code reviews and best practices.

What We Expect from You:

• Several years of professional experience building desktop applications with C#, including recent experience guiding or managing development teams.
• Academic background in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Deep familiarity with the .NET ecosystem and modern desktop frameworks such as WinUI3, MAUI, WPF, or UWP.
• Strong grasp of architectural patterns, clean coding standards, and collaborative development tools like Git.
