We are looking for an experienced and motivated SHE-Q Manager to join the Mammoet Holding SHE-Q team. In this global role, you’ll help take safety and quality performance across Mammoet to the next level. From setting global standards to driving impactful safety campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to a proactive and consistent SHE-Q culture across our projects worldwide.
Ideally, you bring hands-on experience from the heavy lifting and transport industry, combined with strong project and change management capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As SHE-Q Manager, you will support the global SHE-Q organization and senior leadership across a wide range of strategic topics. You will lead improvement programs and serve as a key advisor on SHE-Q excellence.
Your responsibilities include:
Enhancing and implementing global SHE-Q standards to ensure consistency across all operations.
Leading and managing global safety campaigns and initiatives, such as SIF Spotting and Safety Week, to promote a proactive safety culture.
Acting as subject matter expert on SHE-Q related processes.
Supporting SHE-Q development within the business units to elevate safety performance.
Leading incident investigations for global (P)SIF incidents, ensuring meaningful and actionable outcomes.
Advising business unit directors on SHE-Q requirements and strategic alignment.
Providing insights and recommendations during Management Reviews.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience in heavy lifting and transport projects is essential.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Technical Business Administration or Engineering).
In-depth knowledge of international Occupational Health and Safety legislation and standards.
Strong project and change management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A proactive and hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into practical improvements.
