How You'll Help Us:
As a Sales Director in Supply Chain Consulting, you will focus in developing new business for our supply chain services across different industrial sectors. Our services include e.g. supply chain design projects, planning solution implementations, supply chain analytics engagements, logistics, transportation and operations transformations or packaging optimization initiatives. Even though your home location is in the Netherlands, we expect you to support business development activities across Europe, mainly in Central Europe.

The NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting team comprises of highly skilled supply chain experts within various supply chain domains. The team designs and implements high-performance supply chains that support business strategies and enable our customers to adapt to changing market conditions while improving the bottom line. Our professionals work closely with leading companies' internal supply chain professionals to develop and implement change that improves cost efficiency and service levels, increasing the supply chain's contribution to overall business effectiveness. Your role is crucial in terms of finding and identifying the demand for our team's services.
Once You Are Here, You Will:
- Support in developing our European business of Supply Chain Consulting service offerings
- Support in marketing of our services and thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support NTT DATA's overall brand and positioning within supply chain
- Support development of new service offerings, including annuity revenues such as outsourced planning/analytics and membership-based research/benchmarking services
- Create and foster relationships with clients and alliance partners
- Be part of European Supply Chain Consulting Leadership team and helping us with defining our strategic imperatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in operations, logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, science, technology, business, economics or related major (Master's degree preferred).
- 7 years of working experience in business development of supply chain related services or solutions with proven track record
- Several years of working experience in implementing supply chain services or products or being in pre-sales function (preferred); or deep understanding of supply chain processes, technologies and industry challenges
- Proven track record of developing solid sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding expected sales targets in B2B environment
- Several years of working experience in supply chain consulting and/or strategy consulting preferred
- Willing and able to travel internationally (30-40% of the time); mostly work can be done remotely from home or in the NTT DATA office in 's-Hertogenbosch

This exceptional communicator is able to work independently and create a network within the organization to connect to the right internal people and make use of their expertise as needed .
This position is eligible for incentive compensation based on individual sales performance.
