of computer software and hardware and a

hands-on experience with a different variety of
internet applications, networks and operating

systems for our Hotel & Resort.

ABOUT THE POSITION
• Full time position (40 hours per week).
  • Requires flexible working hours. In case of an issue, it can be possible that
you need to work in the weekend or evening.
  • Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes, and hardware and software inventory.
  • Install, configure and manage software & hardware and their functions
according to specifications.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum MBO degree.
  • Certification as IT Technician is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge on Network and Server concepts.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 & Unifi Networking.

  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Professional communication, appearance, and behavior.
  • Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
