ProCoatings is een toonaangevende verfgroothandel met 29 filialen in centraal, west en noord Nederland. Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiast persoon die ons team in Heemskerk komt leiden.

Functie: Assistent Filiaalleider
Standplaats: Heemskerk

Jouw voornaamste kenmerken zijn:

• Aantoonbaar goede leidinggevende eigenschappen.
• Goede communicatieve eigenschappen zowel naar de klanten als naar collega’s en medewerkers.
• Een goed commercieel en omzetverantwoordelijk gevoel.
• Beschikken over goede organisatorische kwaliteiten.
• Goede (technische) kennis van alle producten en systemen die worden verkocht.
• Zorgvuldigheid bij alle voorkomende werkzaamheden (ook administratief).

Jouw voornaamste werkzaamheden zijn:

• Verantwoordelijk voor en beheersen van de meest voorkomende werkzaamheden in het filiaal.
• Aansturen van medewerkers in het filiaal
• Zowel commercieel als technisch verantwoordelijk voor een goede communicatie met de klanten.
• Voeren van een correcte administratie.
• Samen met de filiaalleider en commerciële buitendienstcollega’s verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de omzetdoelstellingen.
• Meehelpen bij het uitvoeren van de diverse voorkomende werkzaamheden.
• Bereidheid tot het volgen van vakgerichte cursussen.

Opleidingsniveau:

• HAVO / MBO
• In bezit van een geldig rijbewijs (B) is een pré
