Join our Sourcing team and play a key role in bringing Rituals’ iconic products to life. From our legendary shower foams to luxurious skincare, and from home fragrance sticks to scented candles—you ensure that every product is sourced and produced with care, quality, and attention to detail.

As Buyer, you’re at the heart of our product sourcing and supplier partnerships. You’ll be responsible for negotiating and managing commercial agreements with our suppliers, working closely with the Senior Sourcing Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships. With a keen eye on the market and data-driven insights, you make strategic sourcing decisions that align with our business goals.

You report directly to the Category Buyer and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders—including Innovation, Quality, Regulatory, Impact, Supply Planning, and Business Improvement teams. Beyond our internal teams, you’ll also engage with suppliers and external partners, ensuring smooth cooperation and the best commercial conditions.

You’re passionate about sourcing and excited to take ownership of both existing and new supplier relationships. Negotiating the best commercial conditions for our products and components, you ensure a seamless supply while upholding our high quality standards.

You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing deadlines, identifying risks, and spotting opportunities for improvement. And, most importantly, you ensure compliance with Rituals’ sourcing principles—because quality, sustainability, and excellence are at the core of everything we do.

Key results areas are

  • Ensure compliance of Rituals’ sourcing principles & processes.
  • For all new products development (NPD): run RFQs, negotiate with suppliers the right commercial conditions (prices, leadtime, capacity, etc) for the right quality/service, prepare business cases around our sourcing principles and formalize the agreements.
  • Work closely with Innovation, Supply Chain and Quality and act together as a category team to ensure on time product launch and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all administrative activities for your scope.
  • Support Sr. Sourcing Manager in building and managing successful long-term partnerships with suppliers.
  • Identify and execute saving initiatives.
  • Prepare sourcing business cases around our AQSCIS principles.
  • Work on sustainable initiatives together with your product category and your suppliers.

  • You have a higher professional or university level in the field of purchasing, business administration.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry: procurement of cosmetics ingredients, contract manufacturing or packaging.
  • You have affinity with cosmetics.
  • You have experience with sourcing and procurement of primary packaging.
  • You have strong analytical, planning & organizational skills and like to juggle between different projects/topics.
  • You have a strong personality with excellent communication & persuasion skills
  • You are savvy, accurate and persuasive.
  • You are proactive and naturally take ownership of your tasks.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
  • You are keen to be the best in class. You are flexible, you enjoy making things better every day and you are a team player who thrives within a dynamic and fast-growing company.
