Job Description
Drive international sales in the Netherlands region
Achieve set sales target for the region
• Strategic & Forecast Planning for The Netherlands
• Key Account Management and sales targeting
• Closing & Managing of Strategic Alliances
• Management of existing and potential accounts
• Clinical support
• Manages and develops Key Accounts with specific focus on defined Accounts in The Netherlands
• Lead oversee and support the distributor's strategic commercial activities for business development
Consolidate a stable distributor organization in the region.
Define and implement actions to successfully sell key product portfolios.
Presentation on the Podium Program
• Identify key messages to be presented
Involvement in the budgeting process
• Collection and analysis of market-relevant data
Lead back office resources for selling/marketing/servicing business partners
• Proactive communication externally and internally to optimize process outcomes and market results
• Train distributor on streamlining order cycle for our products
Market feedback on product performance and improvement requirements
Product specialist support for developing and implementing course programs for the region
Process improvement
• Provide ongoing input and support to the back office to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide Customer Service Product training on request
Functional support for the other regions of DistOps
Ongoing result analysis and adjusting tactics
