Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with 3 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisors responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Responsible for scheduling control
Maintain material control and quality control
Responsible for other duties on assembly line
Oversee and coach employees / team leaders
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Qualifications:
High School degree, college degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of relative working experience in electronic/high-tech or computer industry preferred
Solid understanding of computer system assembly is plus
Lean management knowledge is plus
Microsoft Office (excel, word) knowledge
Possess basic mechanical knowledge
Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands
