Job Description


At Syndy we are looking for an ambitious sales professional who is ready to hit the ground running. You will be working with Marketing, the Customer Success team and other business development representatives on strategies to win key accounts and enterprise clients. A successful candidate will be an energetic, outgoing, and competitive sales manager who can drive new business. If you thrive on competition and challenges, you could be the perfect fit to help grow further within Western Europe.

Responsibilities :

  • Learn and own Syndy’s sales strategy, our value added proposition and our customers’ stories in order to open, develop and close new business deals.

  • Execute on outbound sales techniques, qualifying quality leads at a pace in order to consistently hit and exceed predetermined goals.

  • Work directly with our CEO and Sales team establish prospects, goals and KPIs.

  • Work directly with our CEO and Sales team to drive higher revenues.

  • Log activity consistently and reliably in sales software.

  • Work collaboratively with the Syndy team to develop a strong presence and to strengthen the pipeline.


Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent) is a plus.
  • A strong interest in the B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
  • A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success.
  • Enthusiasm, energy and a self-starting attitude.
  • The ability to hunt for new prospects and Syndy customers by phone; the capacity to lead, persuade and overcome obstacles associated with finding prospective users and closing deals.
  • Money-motivated and KPI focussed.
  • Have a strong presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A focus on the customer, the ability to build trust and relationships, maintaining them throughout the sales process and ultimately turning them into Syndy ambassadors.
