About the Organization
You will be working in a leading pharmaceutical company, ensuring the seamless execution of Order-to-Invoice activities and shipment coordination for both internal and external customers. This role is crucial in maintaining a reliable global supply chain, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP regulations, and driving continuous process improvements.
Your Responsibilities
As an Associate Supply Chain Import/Export, you will manage and oversee global pharmaceutical distribution and shipment coordination. Your key responsibilities include:
- Processing supply orders daily and handling import/export documentation
- Booking and monitoring shipments, proactively resolving potential issues
- Managing service and transport-related issues and ensuring timely resolutions
- Coordinating and executing the returns process
- Partnering with third-party logistics suppliers and internal supply chain teams
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Representing the team in cross-functional project teams
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to operational efficiency
- Providing input for periodic KPIs and ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP regulations
- Supporting disaster recovery plans in collaboration with Corporate Planning, Distribution, and Quality teams
Your Profile
You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you bring:
- A Master’s degree OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of Supply Chain experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated industry
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with international teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Affinity for computer-based work and ERP systems
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Customer Service or Order-to-Cash environment
- Knowledge of logistics issue resolution and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to set priorities and manage workload effectively

- Salary range: €3,400 – €3,625 per month
- 30 days of holiday
