Production employee - packing salads

• Schalen High Care: Filling salad bowls with fresh vegetables.
• Schalen Low Care: Placing closed bowls into boxes.
• Snijderij: Cutting salads.
• Expedition: Replacing pallets using a forklift truck.
• Internal Logistics: Loading crates with salads into machines.
• Proco: Quality checking of salads (higher pay for this role).

Specifics:

• All new employees will have an introduction with a job coach to determine the best department based on their skills and preferences.
• Experience is not necessary, but a willingness to work is essential. Experienced candidates have a strong chance of promotion.
• No jewelry, fake eyelashes, or nails allowed in the factory for safety reasons.

Working Conditions:

• Temperature: The factory is cold, at approximately 5°C. Please consider this before applying.
• Work Intensity: Medium-paced work with a focus on efficiency.

Shifts:

• Possible Start Times: 03:00, 04:00, 06:00, 07:00, 10:00, 12:00, 15:00, 16:00, 22:00.
• Average Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday). One day off planned weekly. Only one department works on Sundays.

• Hourly Wage: €13.68
• Overtime and Shift Rates:
  • 21:00 - 23:00: 125%
  • 23:00 - 06:00: 140%
  • Sunday: 200%
  • Overtime: 135%
