About the job…

We are looking for an experienced industry leader as Food & Beverage Manager to join Novotel Queenstown Lakeside. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing operational Food and Beverage teams. You will collaborate with the Leadership Team to deliver successes for the Hotel with particular focus on the Food & Beverage departments.

Your ability to effectively collaborate with the team, your entrepreneurial approach, your passion of food and beverage and guest experience, and your ability to generate revenue will all play a significant part in how successful you will be in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and manage performance of food and beverage departments
• Ensure smooth, profitable, and efficient operations of outlets, conferences, and events
• Lead and support food and beverage and kitchen teams
• Deliver on Accor Live Limitless loyalty promise and Novotel brand standards
• Implement and improve operational systems and processes
• Coach and develop leadership team to enhance overall F&B profitability
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to align departmental goals with overall strategies
• Work on rotating roster, including weekends
• Salary Range $75,000 - $80,000
  
  

Qualifications

Qualification:

• 1 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and passion for hospitality, especially in a busy bar/restaurant atmosphere
• Proven track record of managing and inspiring large teams, with excellent coaching and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze operations, implement improvements, and drive profitability whilst maintaining service quality
• Dedication to guest experience and stakeholder relationship management
