We are on the lookout for a Store Manager to join our Westgate Factory Outlet in Auckland.

Responsibility Include

• Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience
• Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success
• Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo
• Address identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed
• Drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales, productivity and profitability
• Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor
• Work with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder
• Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance
• Effectively managing all retail operations from back to front-of-house within a fashion store environment The successful candidate:The Store Manager we progress with will have a strong retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Retail Store Manager experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear would be desirable but not essential
• You have experience coaching and leading a team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience
• You have strong business acumen and a commercial mindset
