Project Support Coordinator

Akkodis is seeking a Project Coordinator/Specialist-I for a 5 Months Contract. Ideally looking for experience in Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory), and Ability to use formulas, formatting, and data entry tools

Rate Range: $20.00 - $25.00 P/HR; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Remote Role – 35 Hours/Week

Supporting Dropoff Success & Compliance Team

You will...

Support fulfillment operations and help drive compliance with dropoff expectations

Conduct photo reviews of Dasher dropoff photos to:

• Train a Machine Learning photo verification model
• Provide real-time feedback to runners on poor-quality photos
• Grade and review dropoff photos as they are submitted

Upload photo scores into the internal platform for:

• Machine Learning model training
• Upcoming Driver Ratings Product development
• Perform outreach to Dashers to provide feedback on photo quality
• Support Dropoff Intelligence workflows and processes
• Outreach to customers to encourage submission of dropoff instructions for complex buildings (e.g., apartments, multi-tenant units)

Follow the address-matching process to:

• Scrape historical orders
• Update dropoff instructions for Dashers
• Conduct ad-hoc investigations related to fulfillment or delivery dropoff

What we’re looking for:

• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory)
• Ability to use formulas, formatting, and data entry tools

Preferred skills:

• Comfort with Pivot Tables and cleaning data
• Experience using pre-built queries to pull data

Ideal background includes experience in:

• Parcel delivery monitoring and/or fraud (e.g., UPS/FedEx compliance roles)
• Data entry roles in logistics, monitoring, or coordination
• Consulting or data analytics related to delivery of goods
