We’re partnering with a leading regional bank to support the search for a Senior Corporate Compliance Specialist. This is a key role within their compliance team, focused on ensuring enterprise-wide regulatory adherence and conducting compliance monitoring and internal reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and first-line advisor on regulatory compliance issues.
Monitor and evaluate adherence to consumer regulations such as TILA, ECOA, RESPA, FCRA, Fair Lending, and others.
Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and prepare reports to highlight findings and recommendations.
Maintain records of compliance testing and follow up with business units on outstanding issues.
Assist with policy and training updates, and respond to compliance inquiries from internal stakeholders.
Keep up-to-date with changes in state and federal banking regulations.
Support broader compliance initiatives across affiliates and business units.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking compliance, audit, or risk management.
Strong working knowledge of applicable U.S. banking regulations.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
CRCM or similar certification is highly preferred.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently.
