You have completed your grad programme and have at least 1 year of relevant experience in heavy civil behind you. HEB will provide a friendly and supportive team environment, with Canterbury offering a great lifestyle. You will be responsible for: Delivering quality civils projects within time and budget parameters, and to the client's satisfaction Providing specialised technical advice as appropriate Manage and motivate effective project teams and sub-contractors Champion health and safety Work alongside managers and stakeholders Skills and experience that will ensure your success: Civil Engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or through years of experience Proven experience in working on 3-water, pump stations and treatment plants, utilities, roading, deep trenching, and other civil construction projects Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with others Financial acumen so you can deliver projects within budget Experience managing a diverse team and range projects What we offer HEB offers an excellent benefits package to our employees.
