Food & Beverage Team Member / Café Assistant

£12.01 per hour, depending on experience

As a Food & Beverage Team Member / Café Assistant, at The Devonshire, Derriford, Plymouth you’ll have great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You also bring buckets of confidence, empathy and the basic computer skills that mean you’re comfortable using both Word and Excel.

As a Food & Beverage Team Member/ Café Assistant, you will:

• Provide excellent customer care to a variety of different people
• Be competent providing 5* customer service using face-to-face, telephone and email skills
• Help us create an atmosphere that’s friendly, relaxing and professional
• Have responsibility for preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and beverages
• Be a real team player and share your ideas and best practice with colleagues
• Be productive supporting your team in providing the highest levels of service
