In this role you will work alongside our HR Business Partners and be supported, developed and equipped to provide HR generalist support to your customer group as part of a small and focused HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees in the areas of employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement and performance management.
• Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to the engagement of candidates, ensuring the attraction, assessment and placing of high calibre individuals.
