As an On Road Care Team Member, you'll provide top-quality support, resolving customer issues swiftly and effectively across various communication channels. What You'll Do:

• Offer exceptional support to customers during their holiday, ensuring quick resolution to any product or service concerns.
• Manage and resolve complaints efficiently, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our fleet and New Zealand's geography to deliver accurate information.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to enable prompt solutions.
• Process records, logs, and reports, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills and experience in complaint resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage pressure, work collaboratively, and adapt to new systems.
• Availability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
