This is a full-time position Monday to Friday with a remuneration midpoint of $69,154 (including KiwiSaver), appointment remuneration will be dependent on skills and experience.
The opportunity
We are looking for a fast learner, that enjoys a variety of work and providing support to a range of internal administrators and people leaders. You will provide accurate, effective, and efficient finance processing services and financial reporting support.
You Will Get To
- Ensure the timely payments of invoices.
- Manage and audit open purchase orders in our financial system (TechOne).
- Support internal staff, including knowledge-based training sessions.
- Support the payment processes for our Capex programme (BCITs).
- Prepare and deliver invoicing to our Client Councils.
- Manage journals and month end processes within the deadlines.
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Demonstrated accounts payable experience.
- Experience working in large financial information systems, experience with TechOne desirable.
- Knowledge in finance and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- At least an intermediate level of competency in Microsoft Excel.
