You'll manage day-to-day compliance, coordinate logistics for events, and support various departments, including our Race Team. Main Duties

  • Maintain the day-to-day compliance of the business’s international shipments, issuing customs clearance instructions for export and import movements by air, road and sea.
  • Co-ordinate Non F1 logistics working closing with internal departments to ship event equipment and merchandise to UK and International events.
  • Record and maintain the internal freight registers for international movements.
  • Review monthly HMRC Import and Export data and reports, ensuring all shipments are compliant, recorded and documentation retained.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders and parcel carriers, resolve delays and compliance issues as they arise.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, resolving delays or issues swiftly.
  • To keep up to date with international border and customs changes.
  • To be the point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers to advise and guide on export and import shipping requirements, commodity codes, ensuring shipping documentation in prepared correctly to prevent transit or customs delays.
  • Support the Race Team in ensuring freight documentation is compliant and retained.
  • Manage the compliance of ATA Carnets, preparing the required paperwork for road movements for example, safety and security declarations.
  • Support the Test Team, Heritage and Marketing departments on UK and International event logistics.
  • Assist the Merchandise team with shipment to partners and events, UK and International.
  • Assist in maintaining the Known Consignor Security programme and ongoing compliance checks
  • Pack and dispatch shipments where required, including out of hours and weekend cover

Qualifications

  • Experience in International Logistics and Customs
  • Experience in motorsport
  • Holder of Forklift Licence (Preferred not essential)
  • IATA Dangerous Goods (Preferred not essential)
