We are currently looking for a UX/UI designer ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.We’re building smart financial services with real value – not just for users, but for the business too. You’ll join our cross-functional product team and work on end-to-end journeys for mobile and web banking – from concept to execution. Our current focus includes direct banking. Expect diversity, ownership, and purpose in every sprint.
Your role will include:
Designing intuitive mobile (and web) screens for complex financial flows (credit card, payments, onboarding, etc.)
Co-leading redesigns and rebranding efforts across multiple digital touchpoints
Building consistent customer experience across various journeys and products
Synthesizing user needs, business goals and tech feasibility into a coherent UX
Contributing to value proposition development through design
Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Testers
Has 3 years of experience designing financial services (banking, fintech, etc.)
Feels confident designing for native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web
Knows how to operate within design systems but also evolve them when needed
Can run multiple projects at once, without losing the red thread of customer experience coherence
Thinks in user flows and touch points, not just screens – and always sees design in the context of the customer journey
Understands that design adds value – not just for users, but also for the business
Thrives in teamwork, shares feedback, and contributes to a culture of design maturity
Has experience in stakeholder engagement, balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs with assertive diplomacy.
Has high integrity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset, capable of navigating complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
