Responsibilities
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and contribute to real-world IT projects within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience with Snowflake and the SCM IT sector, enhancing your understanding of data management and supply chain technologies.
Project Ownership: Select a relevant SCM IT project, define its objectives, and work towards its successful completion over the course of the internship.
Mentorship & Planning: Collaborate with an assigned mentor to develop a structured project plan, set milestones, and ensure timely progress.
Research & Data Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support your project and broader SCM IT initiatives.
Technical Support: Assist with additional IT tasks, including troubleshooting, process optimization, and documentation as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of networking, databases (SQL), software development, and data pipelines (ETL, Snowflake is a plus).
Programming Skills: Strong Python skills with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and data analysis/automation tasks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex challenges, identify patterns, and propose data-driven solutions.
Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written & verbal) for effective collaboration in a global environment.
Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.
Experience (Preferred, but not required): Internship or project experience in IT or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
