  • sea shipments handling in import and export
  • communication with existing and potential clients of the company
  • selection of subcontractors
  • negotiating shipping rates and terms of cooperation
  • verification of invoices and shipping documents from subcontractors
  • supervision of complaints and claims settlement
  • entering orders into the shipping book and computer system
