E-Commerce Process Coordinator

Your Contribution

• Responsible for defining and documenting all e-commerce processes
• Collaborating with MAHLE IT and customers’ IT team to ensure that the electronic order management systems such as TecCom and EDI are working properly
• Documenting the Dispute Management processes, both internal (DCM) as well as external (Amazon Vendor Central) and ownership of KPI: Amazon penalties and claims
• Perform analysis of the operational setup and identify potential for optimization of e-commerce processes. Ownership of KPI: Returns quoto for e-commerce customers
• Gain thorough understanding of Amazon processes including reasons for chargebacks, penalties, shortage claims and implementing a process to dispute claims in a timely manner
• Create visual flowcharts and step-by-step instructions of order management processes
• Creating IT specification documents for MAHLE IT to request for new features to further optimize e-commerce processes
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Very good English skills, written and spoken
• Experience in online marketing with good understanding of the processes involved
• Knowledge of Amazon processes would be advantageous
• Process optimization skills
• Good communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships within the company
• Stakeholder management skills
• Ability to solve problems, to work within deadlines with a high attention to detail, and to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Good MS Office skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• Readiness to work in Psary (near Wrocław)
