Customer Service Specialist

Our client offers international logistics solutions for e-commerce companies, shipping from Europe, Asia and North America. They have 14 offices and 18 warehouses around the world.They cooperate with online stores and e-commerce companies in the field of delivering parcels worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Client Polish team and support their Customer Service Center in Warsaw.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers both in written and verbal form.

• Handling customer inquiries related to parcel delivery via phone and email
• Providing support to customers in Poland
• Working with internal logistics systems (CRM) and databases
• Communicating with various departments across Eastern Europe
• Processing customer complaints and claims
• Preparing reports
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, who are our top priority

• English at a communicative level (used in contact with international colleagues)
• Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office and Outlook
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• A customer-oriented mindset
• A team player attitude
• Strong attention to detail
