We at Unifeeder are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a dynamic team member in the Customer Service Feeder team in Gdynia, Poland (locally) your primary responsibility will be to proactively process booking requirements from customer resulting in the optimal utilization of the vessels while ensuring the customer's demands and needs are highly prioritized.


Your key responsibilities

  • Maintaining and building relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Answering sailing requests, creating pre-bookings in system
  • Booking updates and ensuring bookings data correctness
  • Daily capacity check and capacity planning, checking deep sea vessels connections
  • Maintain close contact with internal stakeholders
  • Stowage readiness coordination, sending loading lists to terminals, preparing IMO documents
  • Coordination of cargo readiness
  • Finalizing vessel's documentation
