Product Technical Engineer

Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditioning. Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing

Currently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit Product Technical Engineer

Your Challenges

• Implementation of new P1/P0/P10 projects to the serial production;
• Support of the potential RFQ technical answer to the customer: analysis of the customer specification, management of the product definition to be in line in customer environment and respect the customer functionality requirements;
• Represent the R&D function in front of customers and suppliers;
• Interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs;
• Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the customer deadlines;
• Define test details, planning and supervision with interpretation of results;
• Managing validation process including cooperation with Prototype Department and Test Center;
• Define changes and deviations in the product;
• Solving production problems in the product area;
• Risk analysis in the D-FMEA / DRBFM product.

• Engineering degree in technical area or project management;
• Good knowledge of technical drawing;
• Experience in a similar position/project development;
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards is welcome;
• Knowledge of English at the level of free communication, German or French will be an asset;
• Teamwork skills and international environment;
