Tasks
Design of automatic production lines for the automotive industry
Design of welding clamps, definition of robots and conveyor systems
Definition of the work processes
Distribution of the joining elements in the automated production system
Definition of the peripheral components in the production system in coordination with the system planner and the electrical and pneumatic department
Communication with the construction team and, if necessary, support through short business trips to the customer
Creation of the OLP paths based on the previously performed robot simulation
Integration of the robot logic in coordination with the PLC programmer
Checking the system cycle time
Robot download and documentation creation for the construction site
Requirements
Completed HTL or technical school with a focus on mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or completed apprenticeship with relevant work experience
Knowledge of the production process in mechanical engineering
Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Analytical thinking
English or German knowledge intermediate A2/B1 (daily communication)
