What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar;
• 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter;
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment channels;
• A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting timelines and KPIs;
• Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory).
