YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated developers with experience as a Product Owner to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Define and manage the product backlog, in line with the vision and business objectives
  • Clearly specify requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  • Prioritize functionalities based on impact, value and effort
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to ensure quality deliveries
  • Track performance metrics and user feedback to guide product decisions

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience: minimum of 2 years as a Product Owner in an agile development context;
  • Certification: certification in Scrum (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is preferred;
  • Communication: ability to clearly articulate business needs to the development team;
  • Analytical skills: ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making;
  • Technical Experience: solid knowledge of software development, including agile methodologies and relevant technologies, is preferred.

Other requirements:

  • Manage the backlog: create, prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that all development requests are well defined and aligned with business needs;
  • Product Vision: clearly communicate the product's vision, objectives and priorities, both to the development team and to any other stakeholders;
  • User Stories: ensure the production of clear and concise user stories, with acceptance criteria that reflect the needs of the end users;
  • Prioritize: balance customer needs, business objectives and technical capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently;
  • Managing requirements: obtaining requirements from internal and external stakeholders, understanding needs and ensuring that expectations are met;
  • Sprint planning and monitoring: Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies, track progress and provide feedback to the team;
  • Delivering value: Ensuring that with each sprint, the team delivers incremental value to customers, in line with the product vision.
