Profile Required

Education

• Master’s Degree related to human development, human rights or political science, or equivalent professional experience in the same fields and disability.

Professional Experience

At least:

• 12 years related to human development or human rights;
• 8 years in development cooperation with good knowledge on EU programmes and policies;
• 5 years on policies and practices addressing disability.

Additional experience in the area of crosscutting issues such as rights-based approach, gender equality or child’s rights is an advantage.

Good knowledge of EU development programmes and policies.

• Fluency in English;
• Fluency in French or Spanish is an advantage.
