Job Posting for Funding Specialist at Colep Packaging
Vale de Cambra, Portugal Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Research and evaluate public incentive programs aligned with company goals;
Prepare and submit incentive applications, ensuring compliance with criteria and deadlines;
Coordinate across departments to gather/share data and execute incentive processes on time;
Compile, verify and submit payment requests for incentives;
Maintain reports on incentive compliance, tracking progress and milestones;
Liaise with external entities to support project development, applications and reporting;
Assist corporate finance tasks such as month-end closing, consolidation and planning;
Support the HoCF in managing finance areas like risk, treasury and reporting.
We are looking for:
Higher education in Economics, Management or Accounting;
Proven experience in similar roles;
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to incentive programs;
Advanced English (Spanish and Polish are a plus);
Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Well-organized, attention to detail and time management;
Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset;
High integrity and a focus on continuous improvement.
