If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Representative and Sales in Porto, Portugal (On Site), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will:

• Sell cruises packages
• Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products
• Customer support for post-booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.

Your qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written in Danish (C1)
• Advanced level of English (B2)
• Have proved computer skills and diligent worker
• Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Being skilled in multi-tasking is essential
