Support and Business Specialist

Development and maintenance of database and datawarehouse solutions.
Requirements
Solid computer skills;
Ease of multilingual communication (English; Portuguese; French; Spanish; German; others);
Interest in and ability to understand the retail business from different points of view (end customer, commercial, etc.); Proactivity and creativity to solve third party problems quickly and effectively;
Strong motivation and interest in fast learning, flexibility, responsibility and good reaction to working under pressure;
Good relationship and communication skills; Strong time management and teamwork skills.
Preferable Factors
Availability: In particular for starting work, availability for travel, availability for overtime/out-of-hours work.
Languages: French/Spanish/Italian/German/Other;

First line of support.
Documentation and preparation of use-cases.

Conditions
Gross Reference Value: 14000EUR/year (to be combined with experience/responsibilities)
Even with less experience, answers to the junior position will be considered when framed in 1st Job/Professional Internship.
