What We Are Looking For In a Candidate
- Speak proficiently (C1/C2) Dutch and have a good English level (B2)
- No previous experience is demanded
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication and soft skills
- Part time and full time are available
- Candidate is living in Continental Portugal
What You Will Have To Do
- Communicate with customers (by chat, e-mail and phone) and ensure maximum satisfaction
- Help customers with technical issues
