- atendimento de chamadas inbound e outbound;
- agendamento de intervenções clinicas;
- acompanhamento ao paciente via telefone e email

Será o candidato que procuramos, se cumprir os seguintes requisitos:
- 12ºano ou equivalente;
- experiência anterior em funções de contact center ou em atendimento ao cliente
- conhecimentos de SAP e SalesForce (preferencial)
- conhecimentos de inglês
