About The Role

Are you passionate about web technologies, user support, and workflow coordination? We are looking for a Web Factory Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in managing websites, user requests, and incident resolution. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French (Portuguese is a plus!).

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate workflows and execute Level 1 operational tasks, including website management, user request handling, and incident management.

✅ Act as the primary communication bridge between stakeholders, users, and the technical team, ensuring smooth interactions in English and French (Portuguese is a plus).

✅ Align user requests with team priorities and technical requirements, ensuring efficient resolution and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.

🔹 Experience with Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

🔹 Strong knowledge of Infrastructure & Hosting: Microsoft Azure, DNS Management (Nameshield).

🔹 Expertise in CMS Platforms: WordPress (PHP), Gutenberg Editor, Translation Plugins, E-commerce, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Agility CMS (TBC).

🔹 Analytics & SEO: Experience with Matomo and SEO best practices.

🔹 Incident Management: Hands-on experience with EasyVista or similar platforms.

🔹 Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and compliance regulations.

🔹 ITIL Certification is a plus.

🔹 Fluent in English and French (Portuguese is a plus).

🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

🔹 Ability to adapt to new challenges, work collaboratively in a team, and continuously learn new skills.
