Provide technical assistance to company users by responding to help requests, identifying issues, and offering effective solutions to resolve problems related to hardware, software, and networks
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, printers, servers, and other IT devices, ensuring their proper functioning and extending their lifespan
Install/update operating systems and applications, ensuring compatibility and system performance optimization
Manage the stock of IT consumables
Manage the mobile phone fleet
Education And Experience
Technological Specialization Course and/or Degree in Computer Science
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Other Skills
Knowledge of IT Security and Communications
Familiarity with Company Management Software – PHC (preferable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems (configuration)
