As a Senior Manual QA Engineer at Namecheap, you will collaboratively review and validate the development work to ensure quality and that the requirements are met, ensuring our millions of users experience our products in a fluid and seamless way.

🌍 Location: Hybrid or 100% remote from Portugal!

👩‍💻 Reporting to: QA Lead

🚀 Your team: ~10 people (Project Manager, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers YOU!)

What will you do?

• Work collaboratively on software from planning to release.
• Analyze requirements for features, migrations, and new projects.
• Team up with devs and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Write and run test cases.
• Test BE/FE, log bugs, and track tasks in Jira.
• Share tips with the QA team to improve processes.
• Catch risks before releases.

What will you bring?

• Experience as a Manual QA Engineer with web testing skills across browsers.
• Skills in requirement analysis, test documentation, and bug-tracking.
• REST API testing experience and knowledge of SDLC and Agile.
• Familiarity with VCS, CI/CD, error monitoring, and log analysis.
• Knowledge of AWS and databases (DB).
