Position Summary

As an eCommerce Data & Analytics Expert, you will support the eCommerce Development Manager in building and executing the Data & Analytics framework centrally and in markets. Your role will involve organizing data and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making and enhance online sales performance.

A day in the life of...

• Define and support Data and Analytics Strategy: Assist in establishing key eCommerce metrics, identifying data tools and service providers, and managing vendor relationships. Provide ongoing training and awareness to support central and market teams in data management and analytical methodologies.
• Reporting, Dashboarding, and Automation: Manage and maintain predictive dashboards and analytical processes to ensure they scale with business demands. Provide flexible access to performance tracking across various metrics, including growth, profitability, market share, media ROI, and content/digital shelf performance. Ensure the dashboards are up-to-date and function effectively.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with teams across the group (sales, marketing, finance) to ensure that nutrition data is integrated into the eCommerce data within the commercial data foundation. This will help develop broader and more sophisticated use cases.
• Market Support: Support markets by providing insights, capabilities training, and ensuring the adoption of global taxonomies, dashboards, and KPI frameworks. This includes delivering data-driven insights, conducting training on data KPIs and growth strategies, and integrating local data into the global data foundation to enhance analysis robustness.
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• Living and breathing analyzing and applying data to grow business
• Must be digitally-savvy, with a business-driven mindset
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and driving data-driven strategies.
• Ability to work closely with eCommerce and sales teams to optimize customer engagement and increase sales.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar.
• 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or eCommerce roles.
• Effective stakeholder management skills at all levels within the organization and external partners.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in data visualization tools (can use and can brief the development but not necessarily to build) such as PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio, and Datorama is a plus
• Problem solving
• Communication skills: Ability to translate technical data into simple and insightful ideas
• Proven project management and change management experience
