We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst (Remote from PT)🛡

Skills:

• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Atlassian environment (Jira and Confluence);
• BPMN modeling (Bizagi or Camunda);
• Immersed in agile methodologies and experienced working with development teams;
• Power BI for data analysis and dashboards;
• Collaborating with POs;
• Interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• UAT processes;

Your Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional team alignment and integration (Frontend and Backend);
• Write and refine detailed user stories and functional requirements to support an Agile development process;
• Facilitate backlog prioritization and refinement in coordination with the PO;
• Atlassian for managing user stories, documenting processes, and tracking project progress;
• Create business process models BPMN, mapping and monitoring workflows;
• Manage Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making;
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing;
