Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fast-growing home services company, specializing in residential and commercial epoxy flooring. The team values operational efficiency, strong systems, and clear communication to keep things running smoothly across field and backend operations.
Position Overview:
Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our scheduling, field communications, and backend sales processes. You'll be a vital part of the day-to-day engine that keeps installation crews, client updates, and project materials organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update job tracking spreadsheets and schedules.
Coordinate with field installation crews and relay updates as needed.
Organize and manage job site photos and client reviews (via Canva and CompanyCam).
Follow up with clients for missing information, updates, or feedback (templates provided).
Help the internal team stay aligned via Slack and shared tools.
Assist with general operational support tasks and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured systems.
Reliable and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Familiarity with basic tools: Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp, Canva, CompanyCam.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in-home services, construction, or field service operations.
Prior experience working with U.S.-based teams.
Familiarity with scheduling/project management tools like Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
Visual content skills (Canva) for organizing project photos or quick updates.
Solid writing skills for client communication (using existing templates).
