Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and acquire new customers through proactive outreach and self-sourced leads.
  • Manage and convert inbound leads effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and deliver outstanding sales/product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect records within Company's CRM system.
  • Educate clients about company's product offerings, pricing, and implementation processes.
  • Advocate for customer success by building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Promote customer loyalty and satisfaction to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and feedback loops.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer success role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer success principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High computer literacy and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or Cybersecurity SaaS space.
  • Background working in high-growth tech startups.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
